NNPS Wellness Program

Move. Eat. Think. Be well.

That's the motto of the NNPS Wellness Program, a great benefit for all employees. With your participation, we can all move, eat, think and be well, and hopefully, have some fun on our way to better health and wellness.

There is still time to participate in the NNPS Staff Wellness program through Vitality and earn your 2025 Wellness participation credit.

Complete each of the 4 activities below by August 31, 2024 to receive a Wellness Credit up to $500 annually ($50 per month) on the 2025 health insurance premiums.

  • Health assessment
  • Biometric screening
  • Two prevention activities
  • Additional activities of your choice to achieve silver status (2,500 points).

You can locate your Biometric Form within Vitality > Prevention > Biometric Screening > Submit Results (you must click on Submit Results to obtain the form).

  • You have the ability to enter your biometric results yourself or download the form

Visit the personalized Vitality website or app for access to a multitude of additional activities.

Examples of additional activities are:

  • Link a device
  • Download the Calm app
  • Schedule a Captrust financial advising meeting
  • Enroll in the NNPS Supplemental Retirement Plan through Empower
  • Participate in employer/Vitality challenges
  • Watch videos on the Vitality website or app
  • Set and track goals within Vitality
  • Complete additional health assessments

You can easily check what you’ve completed by visiting vitality > rewards tab > incentive plan.
